PawnCarry's Terms of Service

In consideration of you agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website and our services solely and to the extent necessary for the purpose of this Agreement.

The website, and/or all Information contained on, in or made available through the website and/or our services shall be collectively referred to as “PawnCarry.com services” and reference to PawnCarry.com services shall include any part thereof. Save and except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or with our prior written consent, you shall not and shall not attempt to, whether by yourself or by allowing any third party:

a. rent, lease, sub-license, loan, PawnCarry.com services;

b. use PawnCarry.com services in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with or not authorized by this Agreement, or act fraudulently or maliciously;

c. collect or harvest any Information from PawnCarry.com services or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any of the PawnCarry.com services;

d. access any data or Information not intended for you, including without limitation logging into a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;

e. use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website and/or transmit or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data into or through the website or any operating system;

f. misuse, abuse or hack into any aspect of PawnCarry.com services in any manner whatsoever or otherwise compromise the integrity of our software or systems;

g. send, advertise or publish any unsolicited advertising or promotional content through or on PawnCarry.com services; or

h. se PawnCarry.com services in a way that could: (i) damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems, software and/or security; or (ii) interfere with other users’ use and enjoyment of PawnCarry.com services.

I. You understand a booster has the right to end a service if under the discretion of the boost they find you but not limited to stalling, afking, prolonging games for any reason Any breach of the foregoing terms shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

J: Entering incorrect or non valid contact information they delays process of the service is subject to but not limited to,  subtracted time off sessions, possible additional charge amount determined by PawnCarry, Handling fees and more. Charging these fees or using any of these acts is up to the sole discretion of PawnCarry

K: "Handing Fees" or "Handing Fee" Which is a product automatically applied upon a purchase of any item is non refundable upon, chargebacks or refunds. Handing Fees is a  charge for the delivery or delivery attempt of trying to complete an order or orders. This service is deemed complete when an attempt is made to reach the customer in any way shape or form. Or to upon an action we took to reach you.

 

COMMUNICATION

When you visit PawnCarry.com, you are communicating with us electronically. You are thereby consenting to receive electronic communications from us. When we communicate with you, we may use a variety of different methods such as live chat, Discord, Skype or e-mail. When you communicate with us you further agree that any information you provide to us is truthful, factual, complete and may be relied upon by us.

For our piloted services, Although we try our very best to keep your account safe by doing the following, (Not typing anything ingame about boost, Carries, Pilots these things still do have a risk as like everything else. You understand and acknowledge that PawnCarry.com is in no way responsible for the liability of your account or person.

You understand and agree that  

All refunds/cancellation of any boost in PawnCarry.com boosting is solely up to our discretion and. For boost deemed to have started a partial refund will most likely be refunded if requested by you (The client).

A: You may NOT purchase any services from a booster directly, instead, please message one of our website (www.Pawncarry.com) to repurchase a service and not one of our boosters directly. 

B: We reserve the right to end any service at any moment if the client is being uncooperative, refusing service, unresponsive and/or overall non compliant. This termination of service may result in a refund or partial refund or no refund given. Refunds for terminated services is up to PawnCarry's sole discretion. 

 C: For our calendar service to allow you to select a date and time of a service this is merely a time suggestion we hold the right to postpone any service until proper resources and/or a proper strategy is met to complete the order.  

D: For all of our site options there are terms that need to be met. If these terms are not met you might be subject to an additional fee to continue or compete the service(s)

E: If it's deemed You (The customer) Needs more coaching/training to achieve the desired rating/goal purchased a training fee may be required to complete the service, fee price and whether or not to apply them is left t PawnCarry.com's discretion.

Referrals/Affiliate Program

Affiliates may also be mentioned as "partners" or "partner" in these terms of conditions.

A. As an Affiliate apart of the Affiliate program on page "Apply For Referral Links"  subject to change in the future under a different name, you may not attempt or do the following.

1. Use an affiliate code for purchases on the site under yours or a different name.

2. In any way shape or form try to exploit the program or such as but not limited to using

Glitches, bugs, Hacks, Malware, abusing permissions and roles or any other harmful act that would jeprodice the state of the program.

As a partner found or suspected of breaking these rules you're subject to but not limited to the following

Chargebacks, account suspensions and/or termination revoked payments etc.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You remain exclusively and solely responsible for the safeguarding of your account and the safekeeping of all personal or sensitive data. You alone must take all necessary steps to prevent the theft of your account. In the unlikely event of the compromise of an account that is the subject of any dealings between us, we will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.

SITE POLICIES

We reserve the right to change any website term, condition or policy with or without prior notification. It is your sole responsibility to check the website for any published changes to these terms and conditions. By signing up for an account with PawnCarry.com, or purchasing any merchandise or service, you are automatically agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will not affect the services already purchased, but only the services purchased after the modification of these conditions.
